A ScriptServer website consist of several elements that needs to be backed up individually:

• Registry
  ScriptServer stores it's registry settings under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dimac
• Files
  You will find the website files under: c:\scriptserver\files
• Database
  This the actual SQL server database for the website.
